These are completely valid goals and what personally brought me to explore nutrition through a functional lens, 17 years ago.
I thought I was eating right, but I was depressed, anxious, hormonal, experiencing acne, weight gain, insomnia… and this went on for years.
What we often discover is that body composition, skin health, mood, and energy are deeply connected to gut function, inflammation, hormones, and cellular health. My work focuses on supporting those underlying systems so improvements in how you look and feel can happen more naturally and sustainably.
